"Hilltop Homeowners Association chose Roofcorp of Metro Denver, Inc. to replace the roofs on seven two-story townhomes in April 2008 after soliciting bids from four other contractors. Following are specific examples of why we can offer an unqualified recommendation for them. The Roofcorp Management Team was more than generous with their time and resources in working with our insurance company to meet and further our needs. The other roof contractors never broached the subject.Roofcorp made helpful suggestions to improve drainage and vulnerable areas of the roofs. They did what they said they do when they said they would do it - never missing a target date. The working crew was courteous and respectful to the residents and their property. They also were very responsive to follow-up details and concerns expressed by the residents. Every detail was promptly addressed.
